OUR STORY
Â
Hidden But Visible was born from a place of struggle, pain, and perseverance. Our founder, Erica Stroman, knows what it’s like to feel unseen, exhausted, and unheard—despite doing all the right things. From humble beginnings to a 15-year career in talent development and higher education, Erica has helped countless women grow professionally and personally.
Her journey through chronic illness, surgeries, and emotional exhaustion taught her the power of community, spiritual growth, and authentic living. Out of that experience, Hidden But Visible was created—to help women uncover their God-given identity, embrace their truth, and live boldly.
GOD WAS THE ANSWER TO THAT PAIN
Â
From a divine appointment in a therapist office, Erica submitted her heart to God! Through prayer, scripture, and leaning into His guidance, she found clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose. What began as personal healing became a calling: to create a space where women could experience God’s love, uncover their identity, and walk boldly in their purpose.
Hidden But Visible exists because God’s presence transforms pain into purpose.
Â
We believe every woman has a unique story that matters. Hidden But Visible equips women to:
-
Grow spiritually: Deepen your relationship with God.
-
Connect authentically: Build meaningful relationships in a supportive community.
-
Live boldly: Walk confidently in your purpose and calling.
We exist because God has created each of us as His masterpiece, equipped for good works He prepared in advance (Ephesians 2:10). Our vision is to help women discover those good works, step into their God-given calling, and live fully seen, loved, and equipped to make an eternal impact.
